Shipping & Returns
For domestic orders, you may expect to receive your item(s) within 7-10 business days. For international orders, shipping time will depend on your location. Please contact leshop@themarkhotel.com for more information on your international order.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, Le Shop will accept, for a full refund or exchange, items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. For exchange requests, please email leshop@themarkhotel.com.
To return your products(s), please ship the item(s) back to the below address enclosed with a copy of your order confirmation. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for the shipping cost (which is non-refundable).
Kindly note we cannot accommodate returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of The United States.
